MissedCallPilot is currently in pre-launch. By using our website and joining the waitlist, you agree to the following terms. These will be replaced by a fuller subscription agreement once paid plans are available.

1. The service

MissedCallPilot will be a software product that helps small businesses respond to missed phone calls via SMS and online booking. Until launch, the website is informational only and may change without notice.

2. Waitlist signup

Joining our waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may invite you to participate in early access; you are free to decline.

3. Acceptable use of this site

• Don't attempt to disrupt or compromise the site's security.
• Don't submit other people's contact information without their permission.
• Don't use automated systems to submit waitlist requests at scale.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, logos, layouts, code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to the site but please don't copy material wholesale without asking.

5. No warranties (yet)

The website is provided "as is" during pre-launch. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will remain accurate as we iterate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website during pre-launch.

7. Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
